Ariana Madix thinks that after the forthcoming 11th season of Vanderpump Rules, viewers might start to dislike her. Ariana, 38, responded to an Instagram user who said that viewers would “hate” Ariana and have a “soft spot” for her ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, 40, after the new episodes’ teaser was shared. She also clapped back at a fan who sympathized with Katie Maloney, 36, over their sandwich shop’s continuous delays.

“I suppose that the sandwich store won’t ever open… Poor Katie, putting her trust in you,” the fan remarked, alluding to the women’ numerous permission problems in recent months.

But Ariana, who is currently starring on Dancing With the Stars, shut them down, making it clear that she is more than capable of multitasking.

“Lolling at you thinking [I’m] incapable of doing more than one thing at a time,” she replied.

As for the sneak peek shared of Pump Rules‘ forthcoming season, it showcased several tense scenes that referenced the fallout from Sandoval’s months-long affair with ex-castmate Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29.

In one such scenario, Lisa Vanderpump, 63, informed Scheana Shay, 38, and Lala Kent, 33, that Sandoval had lost his best buddy, Tom Schwartz, 40, and that his business was “up the creek.” This was just before Sandoval was shown screaming on the ground.

“In his life, everything has gone wrong,” she said.

Several admirers voiced their opinions in the video’s comments section, one of whom expressed concern that viewers would turn against Ariana.

They wrote, “Believe me when I say that this season, everyone will detest Ariana and grow fond of Tom.”

Meanwhile, another added, “Then they suck … He made his own bed he has to deal with fallback.”

At that point, Ariana also spoke out, shockingly revealing that the first fans’ suspicions may be spot-on.

“Certainly wouldn’t be surprised if the audience swings that way,” she admitted.

In another comment, Ariana reacted to a fan who said they’d have her back.

“You’re OK, girl. They promised, “We got you,” and included a meme of James Brown’s “This is a Man’s World.”

Ariana responded, “Thank you,” and included a red heart and a watery-eyed emoji.

Bravo will air the eleventh season of Vanderpump Rules in January 2024.
