See what happened on RHOBH Season 13, Episode 3 that caused Garcelle Beauvais to defend Kyle instead of Sutton. BravoCon 2023 may be done, but Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is only getting underway in terms of fun in Las Vegas.
On Season 13, Episode 2, Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, and Erika Jayne ventured to Sin City to commemorate Crystal Kung Minkoff’s 40th birthday. By Episode 3, which aired on November 8, the celebration had formally begun as the group dressed to attend Magic Mike Live.
There was just one problem, though — and it resulted in a tiff between Kyle and Sutton. Read on for details.
Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke’s Las Vegas Drama
Sutton Stormed Off and Garcelle and Kyle Followed
Shortly after Sutton rushed off to the bathroom and left the show, the two got into an argument. Following, Garcelle inquired as to what had transpired, given that she had just been “having a good time…laughing and dancing.”
Sutton, though, declared that the show had offended her. To quote her, “I live by a different standard for myself.” Soon after, Kyle showed up, but in a candid interview, she revealed that she didn’t believe Sutton when she said that she was wounded since “Erika and Crystal were getting all the attention up there with these guys.”
Garcelle Stood Up for Kyle
Kyle brought this point up in conversation, asking Sutton, “Are you upset that they didn’t ask you to go up there when you wore pants to go up there?”
“We’re not gonna blame the pants,” Sutton replied. “That’s not what this is about.”
Tensions rose from there and Sutton made a comment about Kyle “walk[ing] into a conversation that she did not hear,” Garcelle stepped in to tell Sutton, “Don’t do that.” Garcelle also noted in a confessional, “This is not normal. We’re having a good time, and then all of a sudden, she’s freaking out in the bathroom, she’s yelling in the lobby. Hurricane Sutton is here.”
Where the RHOBH Ladies Left Things in the Sprinter Van
After a while the three got into a sprinter van nearby, and in spite of the dramatic appearance, Sutton promptly apologized to Kyle. But Garcelle remained concerned about what would happen to Erika once she was back with the group. According to her, “With the history that Erika and Sutton have had, Erika’s going to walk into the sprinter van and it’s going to be World War III.”
Erika, however, was as cool as a cucumber. “I’m not going to let this smile or joy [fade],” she told the group, “because it was in a perfect place, we’re all adults, and that’s exactly what it was. It was a good show.” Explaining her peaceful demeanor in a confessional, Erika said, “I told you guys, I’m not fighting for Lent!”
