An NCIS reunion has brought together the trio of Michael Weatherly, Cote de Pablo, and Sean Murray. It was the first time the three had been together again in a decade.
Per Screen Rant, the reunion happened when Murray, known for playing Tim McGee, joined the Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David actors for their NCIS rewatch podcast (dibbed Off Duty:
An NCIS Rewatch). Cote de Pablo noted how long it had been since they were together in that way, and it came as a surprise to Murray, who still felt “really good” to spend time with the two.
“By the way, we haven’t been in the same room together in 10 years,” de Pablo said. “10 years. The three of us together, sitting down and actually talking. 10 years.”
Murray added, “I didn’t like do the math or anything, but I know when I see you guys that I feel really good.”
Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo Will Star in NCIS: Tony & Ziva
Weatherly and de Pablo recording the podcast comes ahead of the two starring in their own NCIS spinoff series. Called NCIS: Tony & Ziva, the spinoff will follow the two characters in Europe. It’s not yet clear if other NCIS actors will be making special appearances on the show, which is in development for a streaming release on Paramount+.
