Sylvester Stallone offers a new look at Tulsa King season 3, teasing Dwight’s return to New York. Premiering in November 2022, from creator Taylor Sheridan, it was no surprise that Paramount+ renewed Tulsa King season 3. The drama, which follows Stallone’s Dwight Manfredi and his life of crime after a prison stint, marked its second installment as one of the most-watched streaming series. That will continue into the third installment, seeing Mayor of Kingstown’s Dave Erickson step into the role of showrunner and executive producer.

Recently, Stallone shared a new preview of Tulsa King season 3 on Instagram. The three-time Oscar nominee is all smiles while posing next to a storefront. He reveals in the caption of the post, included below, that he’s filming a scene in New York City. Stallone, also an executive producer on the Paramount+ show, doesn’t mention what Dwight is doing in the Big Apple. It could be that he’s visiting his daughter, Tina (played by Tatiana Zappardino), or he could be checking in with the mob.

What Tulsa King Season 3’s New Photo Means For The Show

Dwight Is An Interesting Place

In the finale of Tulsa King season 2, Dwight found himself in a place where he couldn’t kill his rival Cal (Neal McDonough). He also puts a stop to his issues with Bill (Frank Grillo), with an eye on setting his business in a more legitimate direction. But there are dangling threads for the upcoming episodes to address since the closing episode wasn’t completely bloodless. Even though he strives to be more legitimate, there is a sense that Dwight’s past crimes may catch up with him. The General, as he’s known, may not be in the clear just yet.

Even though it looks like Dwight is enjoying the sun in New York, in one of the show’s lighter scenes, the Tulsa King cast will welcome two new antagonists. Terminator legend Robert Patrick will play Jeremiah Dunmire, described as a powerful man in the liquor business. SEAL Team’s Beau Knapp will play Jeremiah’s son, joining the returning actors Grillo, McDonough, Martin Starr, Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Garrett Hedlund, and Dana Delany.
