Sister Wives star Tony Padron revealed something about Christine Brown’s wedding day in just a few words that left fans of the TLC series with questions.

Sister Wives: Tony Padron Brings Up Uncomfortable Topics

The day of Christine Brown’s wedding brought a little sadness to Tony Padron. Still, as her mother’s special day got started, his wife considered the same subject to be “tragic.” The happiness had nothing to do with Christine’s marriage, since both appeared overjoyed for her.

Mykelti Brown Padron, a child of Christine Brown and Kody Brown, is Tony’s wife. When Tony first appeared on this show, he appeared to know exactly how to get the Sister Wives patriarch to do what he wanted. While he still could occasionally annoy his father-in-law, it appears that Christine adores him. In a recent episode, Tony was invited over by his mother-in-law along with Mykelti and a few of her other adult children.

On the Sister Wives episode, the group conversed while painting family trees. Tony posed one of those unsettling queries. This is what made Christine propose that he occasionally does it. They discussed Christine Brown’s divorce as well as the matchmaker she hired. Have you come to the conclusion that (polygamy) is ineffective, Tony continues? Christine, however, had a problem with this and stated why she was unable to provide a clear-cut response.

Christine Brown Corrects Tony

While the kids painted their family trees, Christine Brown wouldn’t agree with Tony that polygamy didn’t work. While her days of plural marriage are over, she still holds the past near and dear to her heart. She looked around her and said that it was polygamy that made her beautiful family. So, this Sister Wives celeb won’t say that she regrets it. Without polygamy, she wouldn’t have the kids that mean everything to her.

So, now in real-time, Tony chats about another uncomfortable topic having to do with Christine Brown’s wedding to David Woolley. From all accounts, Christine and David had a picture-perfect wedding overlooking the Colorado River. The spectacular views were a mere accent to the beautiful bride, suggested fans as they gushed over Christine Brown’s wedding photos online. Sister Wives family members gathered to share Christine’s special day. This included Mykelti and Tony Padron as well as her other siblings… all except for one.

Sister Wives: Shocked at the Wedding
Tony Padron and Mykelti host an online Q&A section. As a result, they occasionally respond to inquiries concerning the Sister Wives series or the family. But concerns over Christine’s nuptials surfaced in their most recent online space. Mykelti spoke the majority of the time. Tony Padron paid close attention and took it all in. She therefore told the audience how surprised she was when Christine’s biological daughter, one of her sisters, failed to show up. She continued to speak as if her sister had never called to explain her absence.
That sister was Gwendlyn Brown, who just got married herself this summer. But she didn’t attend her mom’s wedding. This all came about when a fan asked Mykelti if her sister Gwendlyn was there. And she said no, that she didn’t attend.

Questions Surface from Fans

Another Sister Wives fan wondered if her sister didn’t show up because Paedon Brown was there. Gwen bashed her brother on social media a while ago. But Myketi answered that question by saying:

“I honestly don’t know. I don’t know.” She also said that “Gwendlyn didn’t tell me why she wasn’t there, and when she didn’t show up it was kind of a shock to me. I didn’t know she wasn’t going to be there.”

She also said, “It’s tragic” that her sister didn’t show up for her mom. That’s where Tony Padron comes in with his take on this. Tony said, “It’s sad.” His wife agreed by repeating those words. So, Tony thought it was sad for Christine not to have all her children there. Mykelti said that maybe something happened that prevented her from being there. But the bottom line is that no one knows why she was missing.

However, Tony Padron clarified that Gwen’s absence was simply sad, which seemed to capture the situation. This also clearly saddened his wife, Mykelti. Neither of these two expressed Christine’s feelings regarding her daughter not joining her in sharing her wonderful day. However, after watching Christine Brown on her TLC series for more than ten years, Sister Wives viewers are aware of how important her children are to her.
