Please join us in congratulating Lamon Archey (Eli) and his wife Krissy Terry on the arrival of their beautiful baby girl! Kennedy Archey, their little bundle of joy, was announced by the daytime actor in three lovely images. Terry uploaded nine images from the shoot on her personal Instagram and referred to her kid as “my princess.” Kenneth Archey. You are everything to me. I hope to be the mother you want me to be. Baby-cakes, I never imagined I’d love you in such a passionate way. I’ll always be your leader, defender, and nurturer.

“Blessings on blessings on blessings on blessings,” the actor simply stated, along with a family photo of the proud parents with their little one, a solo shot of baby Archey and another of Terry with her daughter.

Terry posted photos as well and expressed, “My princess. Kennedy Archey. You are my everything. I pray I am everything you want me to be in a mama. I never thought I’d love so deeply the way I love you, baby-cakes. I’ll forever be your guide, protector, and nurturer.”

As you might expect, Archey’s coworkers from the daytime flocked to the comments to express their congratulations as well. Kristian Alfonso (Hope) tweeted, “Oh my god, Lamon… Congratulations to you and your lovely family!” exclaimed Stephen Nichols (Steve). Girl, baby! Congratulations!” Congratulations to your lovely family, Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe) added, and Eric Martsolf (Brady) added, “Congrats man!” Others like Galen Gering (Rafe), Christopher Sean (Paul), Brandon Barash (Stefan), Stacy Haiduk (Kristen), and Martha Madison (Belle) also extended their best wishes.

We noted back in April that the pair had wed after being engaged in January of this year. Their first child together is this one.
In 2012, when he joined THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS in the recurring role of Mason Wilder, Archey truly made his daytime television debut. But he achieved soap success in 2017 when he started performing as Eli Grant on DAYS. Fans continue to hold out hope that they may see Eli, Lani, and their twins again someday even though the actor left the show in 2022.

Naturally, the comments on Archey’s Instagram post filled up with congratulatory comments from fans and friends, including many of his DAYS co-stars. “Oh my goodness,” marveled Stephen Nichols (Steve). “Doll baby! Congratulations!” And Kristian Alfonso (ex-Hope) exclaimed: “Oh my gosh Lamon! Congratulations to you and your beautiful family!”

Again, we send the new family of three our very best and wish them a lifetime full of happiness and beautiful memories to come!
