At the Big Brother 26 week 2 Power of Veto ceremony, veto winner and nominee Kenney Kelley used the Power of Veto to save himself from the chopping block, so Head of Household (HOH) Chelsie Baham replaced him with a pawn, Tucker Des Lauriers. Chelsie had originally nominated Kenney, Lisa Weintraub, and Angela Murray for eviction, with Lisa as her target. Chelsie mistakenly believes that Lisa has one of the Big Brother 26 upgrade powers, and she wanted to try to flush it out.
The Big Brother 26 live feeds have revealed that Kenney saved himself with the Power of Veto, so HOH Chelsie was forced to choose a replacement nominee to sit on the chopping block alongside her other nominees, Lisa and Angela. Tucker volunteered to be a pawn for Chelsie, although he had second thoughts on the morning of the ceremony. Chelsie’s target is still Lisa, but some of the other houseguests would like to see Angela leave the house.
How Will The BB A.I. Arena Competition Affect Chelsie’s Nominations?
There Are Many Different Scenarios That Could Play Out
The new Big Brother 26 A.I. Arena competition has made the live evictions very unpredictable. Because the competition among the three nominees doesn’t occur until the live episode, the houseguests don’t know who the final two nominees are until minutes before they have to vote. In this case, if Tucker loses the A.I. Arena competition, he’ll sit next to either Lisa or Angela and a pawn and will most certainly stay in the house. If Tucker wins, Lisa and Angela will be against each other, and it’ll be interesting to see which houseguest gets evicted.
Lisa has rubbed many people the wrong way, including Tucker, who finds her annoying, and Chelsie, who incorrectly thinks that she’s hiding an upgrade power. However, Angela made a lot of enemies in the Big Brother 26 house with her meltdowns and antics when she was HOH during week 1, including blowing up her Collective alliance and attacking Matt Hardeman before she chose him as her replacement nominee, which led to him being evicted first. She also argued with Kenney about his allegiance to Matt. Even Angela’s original ally, Joseph Rodriguez, now wants her out of the house.
Big Brother 26 is one of the most thrilling seasons because it’s so unpredictable. It’s so much harder for the houseguests to have unanimous house votes when the nominees aren’t determined until the last minute after the BB A.I. Arena competition is played. It’s been a refreshing change from past seasons. The first two weeks of Big Brother 26 have been some of the most memorable in the show’s history, so both the houseguests and the viewers should buckle up and continue to “expect the unexpected.”
