Christine Brown‘s daughter Mykelti Brown reveals she’s first look at the upcoming episode of Sister Wives.
“There’s one other major surprise that I haven’t told anyone yet,” Mykelti, 27, tells the camera in the clip from the Sunday, October 29, episode of the TLC series.
Mykelti is then seen showing Christine, 51, and other family members — including brother Paedon, 25, and sister Ysabel, 20 — images from an ultrasound. “I’m having twins,” she says as Christine covers her mouth in disbelief. While holding the sonogram pics, Christine gives her daughter a big hug. “Are you so excited to only get pregnant one more time?” she teases, to which Mykelti responds, “We’re done after this.”
Christine turns to hug Mykelti’s husband, Tony Padron, and jumps for joy as the group celebrates. “Are you freaking kidding me?” Christine gushes. “You’re having twins!”
Christine brightens in a confessional, still taking in the news. “I’ve never before seen a sonogram of twins. She exclaims, “Ever, ever, ever.” “I adore them already. I adore them already so much.
Ysabel and Paedon join in on the fun as Paedon teases his mother, saying, “You can hold one [baby] as Mykelti holds one.”
A closer look at the ultrasound photos is provided by Mykelti, one of which “shows the first baby’s heartbeat.” Christine says the babies are “all mushed” and “so cute.”
“She’s gonna be huge,” Christine jokes, attempting to guess how “big” her daughter’s bump would be.
Despite her family’s reaction, Mykelti tells the cameras she “was not surprised” when she found out she was expecting two babies. “[Tony] didn’t quite understand,” she teases.
Avalon, the couple’s first child, was born in 2021. The pair was married in 2016. Mykelti revealed her pregnancy with twins via Instagram in June 2022, and five months later, she gave birth to sons Ace and Archer. “I’m happy that my boys have arrived to play at last!” In a statement at the time, Tony gushed.
Since then, Mykelti has shared with her fans peeks at the babies’ most significant occasions. In November 2022, she shared a charming photo of Avalon with her brothers. “Miss Avalon was confused and depressed when she first met the boys, but ever since then, she has enjoyed cuddling and kissing them.” Her current favorite hugging position is with her in one arm and her twin in the other,” she said as the caption for the photo.
Christine shares Mykelti, Ysabel and Paedon with ex-husband Kody Brown, along with daughters Aspen, 28, Gwendlyn, 21, and Truely, 13.
