Days of our Lives Spoilers: Steve Johnson & Konstantin Meleounis Go Head-to-Head
A conflict between Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) is hinted at in the spoilers for DOOL. Suzanne Rogers’ character Maggie Horton welcomed the Greek man into her home when he arrived in Salem. After all, Konstantin was a boyhood friend of her late husband. Maggie was also aware that he had maintained touch with Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) over the years.
But as time passed in Salem, Konstantin Meleounis’s actual motivations became clear. He collaborated with Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien), the niece of Steve and his wife Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), to alter the letter that revealed Victor’s long-lost son. Recaps of Days of our Lives reveal that the schemers changed Alex Kiriakis’s (Robert Scott Wilson) name at the bottom of the letter to Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer).
Further, Steve is very protective of Maggie. And all the gifts Konstantin gave her after Victor’s death kicked Steve’s spidey senses into high gear. He feels that the man could be up to no good. And he’s not wrong. Konstantin is after the Kiriakis fortune and using Theresa to help his cause. DOOL spoilers spill that Steve warns Maggie’s new friend that he has his eye on him. According to spoilers for Days of Our Lives, Steve Johnson, his business associate and close friend John Black (Drake Hogestyn), may go to Greece in order to get information about Konstantin Meleounis. They have a feeling they’ll uncover the necessary information to reveal the Greek man as the deceitful con artist he is. This week, will they depart aboard John’s private jet?
John and Steve have been DOOL friends for a very long time. Actually, years earlier, Patch assisted Victor in bringing John Black to Salem in order to foil Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo). However, John was The Pawn in a bizarre game of dominance. Decades passed before John realized who he really was. But despite it all, the men stayed close friends.
Now, they go on another mission to find out what the man has in mind for the red-headed widow. Will they need to travel halfway around the world to uncover the truth? The gold-digger could be exposed before they step foot on an airplane. Find out later this week on Days of our Lives if Steve and John travel to the Mediterranean.
