When Dorit Kemsley says she’s had a rough few years, she means business. The Bravo actress revealed for the first time that she was the victim of another theft a little more than a year after her harrowing 2021 house invasion in a sneak peek at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ episode airing on November 1.
“I went to the bank last Christmas, which was about 14 months after the home invasion,” Dorit revealed in a confessional. “To have some money for Christmas gifts, I withdrew $10,000. My purse was in the shopping cart. Upon reaching the cash register, I discovered my purse was missing.”
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley currently identifies as a victim, but it’s with good reason. Dorit has had homes broken into several times. Additionally, Erika Jayne put a curse on her marriage, and now we’ve learned someone stole her purse.

A little over a year after her latest home invasion, she had $10k nabbed in a store. Can the Universe just let Dorit be great for a minute?
More Woes for Dorit
Dorit shared her most recent harrowing experience with crime on the show. “Last Christmas was about 14 months after the home invasion and I went to the bank,” she began.
“I took out $10,000 so I could have some money for Christmas gifts. I had my handbag in the shopping cart. When I got to the register, I realized that my handbag was gone,” Dorit revealed.
Dorit continued, “The police reviewed the video surveillance. Thank goodness for cameras and security.” “They found out that three men were pursuing me.” That sent me plunging straight back into my PTSD symptoms. No, this won’t aggravate PK Kemsley any more with additional PTSD. Quelle fright!
As you read, Dorit mentioned her encounter with a Season 12 occurrence. Dorit was home alone with the kids when thieves broke into her and PK’s home. While PK was out of town, Dorit was dealing with some fallout from the illegal deed.
Thankfully Dorit and her tiny legends Jaggy and Phoenix were unharmed. Unfortunately, the situation has stuck with Dorit because she’s the one who went through it.
It seems PK and Dorit are having a rough go with their marriage, but according to reports they “remain committed” to each other.
