Harper continues to suffer in silence following her turmoil about the wedding plans. She takes decisive action by opting to delete the old wedding folder from her laptop.
Later, Harper is furious when she finds out that Dana has been gossiping to Mackenzie about her engagement. She threatens to revoke Dana’s invitation to the ceremony if she says anything more about it. Dana refuses to back down, urging Harper to start standing up for herself and giving Tane her opinions.
Meanwhile, Alf and Roo try to convince Leah that it’s not a good idea to avoid her court appearance. Kirby also encourages Leah to back down, but it still doesn’t seem to be enough.
Kirby addresses the supporters of her campaign with an online video, announcing her plans to move on from the fight. The video goes viral and even strikes a chord with Leah, who decides to turn up for court after all.
Later, Kirby celebrates as she receives an apology from Contact Agency through the mail. At the same time, Leah returns from court with a hefty fine.
Elsewhere, Mackenzie receives a call to let her know that her mum is in hospital. She worries about leaving her responsibilities at Salt, but realises that she has to be there for her mother.
Also today, Roo is asked to foster a child who’s in urgent need and immediately says yes.
