A lot is changing in Kyle Richards’ life on Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She is described as a “diamond under pressure” in her official season bio, as her “27 year marriage [is] in turmoil” and “the tabloids — and those closest to her — question her budding friendship with a well-known country singer.”
Morgan Wade is the country music artist in question, and fans and Kyle’s RHOBH castmates have been discussing their friendship with the singer.
After confirming her separation from Mauricio Umansky on the October 25 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kyle also shared an update on the nature of her relationship with Morgan.
Kyle Richards’ Friendship with Morgan Wade
The mom of four appeared on Andy Cohen’s late night talk series with her close pal and former RHOBH castmate, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, and she sounded off on all of the rumors surrounding her and Morgan.
“Well, I can tell you that she is absolutely one of my best, best friends in the world, as well as Teddi,” Kyle explained. “We’re all very close.”
Kyle went on to share how she first got to know Morgan.
“We went together the first time we met her, and I met her through Instagram,” Kyle added, gesturing to Teddi. “And then we started a group chat, and we would speak every morning because we all wake up really early.”
The three became friends due to their similar love of exercise and early wake-up times, and the rest is history.
Kyle said, “We all became very, very close, you know,” before addressing rumors that she is more than just pals with the musician. “Honestly, when I see these things, I think, ‘You know, if she didn’t have all those tattoos, people would not say that.’ I mean, I’m with my friends all the time and they don’t pay attention.”
Kyle Richards’ Recent Outing at a Morgan Wade Concert
A few days prior to the launch of RHOBH Season 13, Kyle went to one of Morgan’s concerts in Los Angeles alongside her sister Kathy Hilton and two of her four daughters, Sophia and Alexia Umansky.
Kyle took to her Instagram Stories following the event, and she gushed that she “had the best time with my sister [and daughters and friends] at the [Morgan Wade] concert.”
In another Story, Kyle added, “Friday night … we had fun.”
