The two “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars claim that their friendship is frequently “tested” at BravoCon 2023, where Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley could decide to make it official. During the BravoCon 2023 panel “Bravo2Bravo: Bosom Buddies,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actresses discussed their friendship and how they are frequently “tested” as best friends.

“We’re tested over and over again all these years,” Richards, 54, told the audience after being asked how her relationship with Kemsley, 47, has grown over the years. She added, “The relationship that Dorit and I have is like sisters.”

After that, Richards made a little jest about how her relationship with Kemsley differs slightly from that of her two elder sisters, Kim Richards and Kathy Hilton, whose falling outs and coming back togethers with the Halloween actress have provided the background for her RHOBH storylines since season 1.

Recently, Richards and Kemsley have become closer than before since they have relied on one other during difficult times in their individual relationships. “We have been very supportive to one another as far as Kyle and I going through issues in our marriage at the same time, which is rather bizarre,” Kemsley said in a Thursday interview.

Kemsley was asked if she could confirm or deny the rumors regarding her relationship with her husband Paul “PK” Kemsley and that they were living separately. “You know, I already did deny the rumors immediately. … It seems like no one really pays attention to that. So yes, the rumors are not true,” Kemsley told the audience.

When asked by the moderator what has “surprised” each of them about the other this year, Kemsley proudly stated, “I know that this last year, Kyle has got a thicker skin than I thought she had, which I was really happy to learn.”

Richards responded, “I’ve learned that Dorit will get a little jealous if I have a good friend, and then she’s open to getting a tattoo with me.”

No matter what they endure, or what tattoos they get, Richards and Kemsley will be there for one another. “The support is unparalleled. They understand better than anyone else in your life because you’re in the trenches together,” Kemsley said. “I know that I can speak to Kyle about anything — good, bad or ugly.”
