During the week of September 18-22, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will face further pressure to come clean to Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), according to Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers. Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will pay another visit to Sarah in the hospital, providing another opportunity to urge her toward confessing the truth.
Sarah has obviously had some close calls, such as when she told Xander to look after their daughter if something happened to her. When Sarah was having issues after the birth, she made the remark, which perplexed Xander. Xander, on the other hand, certainly sure ascribed it to Sarah being so out of it towards the end.
Xander doesn’t seem to suspect he’s the biological father because he’s been complimenting Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) and hasn’t brought up the subject. Maggie is more likely to bring up the subject because she believes Sarah, Xander, and Victoria Horton may be happy together. Maggie doesn’t want Sarah to miss out on her own chance at love and joy after losing Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston).
During the week of September 25-29, Sarah will be torn between her head and her heart. It’s clear that Sarah still longs for Xander deep down, so her heart will be screaming at her to confess while her head tells her to marry Rex. There’s no denying that Rex is the safer choice, but Sarah isn’t in love with him and perhaps never will be.
It’s Xander who Sarah still wants, so she’ll be quite conflicted as she prepares for her upcoming wedding. As for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), DOOL spoilers say she’ll overhear an enlightening conversation that puts her in control of a secret. Chloe will apparently listen in on Sarah’s conversation with Rex or Maggie, so that should lead to her finding out Victoria is actually Xander’s baby.
According to Days spoilers, Chloe will struggle with what to do next, but she may eventually decide to tell Xander the truth. This knowledge will alter everything, but Chloe may decide that she cannot live with that secret hanging over them indefinitely. Perhaps Chloe will persuade Xander to find Sarah and persuade her that they can be a family. Chloe may still see hope for Sarah to forgive Xander and build a future with him, but he’ll need to do so before she marries Rex!
Of course, Days spoilers indicate that Xander will be upset that Sarah concealed Victoria’s paternity, but he’s made mistakes that he wants to be forgiven for and may not harbor a grudge in the end. It’d be awesome if Xander interrupted Sarah’s wedding to Rex and told her she was marrying the wrong man. If Sarah finally relents and remarries Xander, Days might even bring a groom swap. Regardless, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Xander will discover he is Victoria’s true “baby daddy,” so keep tuned for more on how he reacts to that surprise.
