On Saturday, the TLC celebrity and David Woolley were united in marriage in a garden ceremony at the Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab, Utah.

Only one of Christine Brown’s Sister Wives co-stars was on the guest list for her wedding to husband David Woolley, which took place over the weekend in Moab, Utah.

Meri, Robyn, and Christine’s ex-husband Kody were not present for the wedding, but Janelle Brown was there to help the newlyweds enjoy their special day.

Since both Janelle, 54, and Christine, 51, ended their decades-long multiple marriage with Kody, they have stayed close. In 2021, Christine left the company after 25 years. She and her ex-partner have a son, Paedon, 25, and three daughters, Aspyn, 28, Mykelti, 27, Gwendlyn, 21, and Truely, 13.

Janelle went on to separate from Kody the following year, after nearly 30 years of spiritual marriage. They are parents to six children: sons Logan, 29, Hunter, 26, Garrison, 25, and Gabriel, 21, and daughters Madison, 27, and Savanah, 18.

Kody and Meri are no longer together either. The father of 18 remains legally married to Robyn, who he wed in 2014.

Earlier this year, Christine told PEOPLE that after she met Woolley, she let him know right away that Janelle is a big part of her life.

“When I told him, I’m like, ‘I have a lot of kids and I have a sister wife, and everywhere I go, Janelle has to come with me and all of her children come with me too. There’s not just me,’” she recalls. “And he’s like, ‘Okay. Okay.’”

Following the announcement of Christine’s engagement to Woolley earlier this year, Janelle shared her excitement for the couple’s relationship milestone.

She wrote “hurray” and several more exclamation points under Christine’s Instagram update. The post was also posted by Janelle on her Instagram Story along with an animated sticker that said, “HAPPY.”

Christine admitted to PEOPLE that it had occasionally been hard to prepare the Oct. 7 wedding, which took place at the Red Cliffs Lodge.

There have been so many shifting parts, including people arriving and departing, that someone will inevitably be offended, she claims.

Woolley continues, “There’s always family drama.”

The couple hired wedding planner Danielle Rothweiler, and despite the ups and downs of planning for the big day—which featured a breathtaking cruise down the Colorado River—their ceremony was precisely what they had envisioned.

“The view, the scenery, it’s unreal,” says David. “You can’t beat it.”

Adds Christine: “It’s a fairytale. It’s everything I never thought I would have. I get to walk down the aisle to David, him just looking at me the way that he does, it’s a dream come true.”

Following their vows, the newlyweds danced the night away with their 330 guests under a tent decorated with twinkling lights and florals. “All people that we absolutely love,” says Christine.

“We’re very lucky,” says David.
