After recently dissolving her 32-year marriage to Kody Brown, the actress of “Sister Wives” suggested that she is embracing being alone.

Meri Brown is getting motivated after divorcing Kody Brown. After breaking her 32-year marriage to the reality TV patriarch, 54, the Sister Wives actress, 52, hinted that she’s relishing time by herself — and acknowledging her worth — in a message posted on her Instagram Story on Wednesday.

“Be so confident in knowing what you bring to the table that you’re willing to eat alone until you find the right table,” the message said.

Meri and Kody announced their split on Jan. 10 in a joint message posted on her Instagram page, writing, “After more than a decade of working on our relationship in our own unique ways, we have made the decision to permanently terminate our marriage relationship.”

Meri revealed to PEOPLE last month that their breakup was influenced by envy. There will always be a change as you grow your family, she said. “There are only logistical considerations, but there are also emotional considerations. I am a human. I’ll start feeling envious. He’s a person. He won’t understand how to handle a woman’s jealousy.

Meri has been approaching this new chapter of her life with a sunny, optimistic outlook ever since she and Kody parted ways. She shared a number of self-portraits on Instagram earlier this month to give followers a preview of the fun she’d been having.

“Bring on the joy, bring on the fun, bring on the success! Happiness feels good!” she wrote in her caption.

Indeed, chatting with PEOPLE last month, Meri declared that “life is good,” while teasing some of the big things she has going on right now.

“I’m successful in business. I’ve got another really exciting project coming along. I’ve got good people surrounding me. I’ve got an awesome support system,” she said. “Things are good.”

In July, Meri shared some more reflections about the new mindset she’s embracing since divorcing Kody. She told her Instagram followers she is focusing on “being present and being grateful for every single life experience that has made me who I am.” She also said she’s “living my best and fullest life with intention and purpose.” In her post, Meri touched on how the past year had been full of change and uncertainty for her, but said she’s “recently been feeling a shift as I move forward through it all and toward something…. different.”

She gave a clue that there would be more: “The ‘different’ has yet to fully reveal itself to me in all of its details. In due course, I’m certain.

When second wife Janelle Brown left the poly marriage that has been the subject of their TLC series, Meri and Kody’s relationship came to an end. Kody and his third wife, Christine Brown, had split up a year before. Currently, Kody is solely wed to Robyn Brown. Sister Wives’ Sunday show featured Christine standing up for Meri and denouncing Kody for treating her and Janelle unfairly. Christine told the cameras, “I saw Kody drag Meri along for years. It was nasty and mean, and I could see that he would have treated me the same way if I had stayed.

Christine voiced concern for Janelle’s safety as well as her potential relapse because of her conflicted feelings towards her departure.

She still cares for him. She confessed in a confessional that she loves him. “I don’t believe Kody will change. I believe that Kody will spend the rest of his life running around Robyn and her life, and I do not believe that he has room in that life for Janelle.
